We've had this dehydrator since this spring and we really like it. We've used it for jerky and dried fruit mostly and it works great with both. Ours was missing one of the little rubber feet off the bottom which didn't affect the operation at all, but we contacted the manufacturer and they were very friendly and sent us a replacement foot right away. Recommended!

This is a great unit - I chose this one because it has a timer, which many others do not. Having a timer is well worth the extra $ for this unit.
