The canner is great, I have a large garden and in the mid of winter I can still have fresh gardern produce. The wife likes the size, more jars per load.

i've used in numerous times for cooking and canning and it works great. i did have a small issue with the pressure release valve, but i ordered a new one and it works fine.

I am more than happy with my cooker,the 16qt size has worked great for larger loads of canables. also haveing a p.s.i. guage makes it easy to cook things at different pressures. I would tell anyone that it was worth the money. one more cool thing was it got to my house two days after ordering. amazon you rock!

I was pleasently surprised that it was absolutely great when I first used it! Well worth the money I spent! I have begun using it weekly and it is now my favorite item in my kitchen! My daughter-in-law spent over 4 times as much for hers and mine does everything her does for much less cost! Marilyn
