Easy to load, quick to dehy, and easy to clean via the DW. I've uses it three times (one for venison and two for beef) You can't go wrong with a Nesco product.

I asked my husband for a dehydrator for my birthday. He bought this one and I absolutely love it!!! It works great and I can make beef jerky in about 4 hours!!! Awesome dehydrator!
