 Some what brittle for working glassesAug 26, 2008

I have a few glasses that looked like these for decades and they work well in the microwave and freezer, and seem indestructable. Have been looking for more to buy and finally found these. However in the few weeks since I had them, 4 had chipped and 2 broke. So I brought the more expensive ones offered by amazon with lids to replace them, and noticed those had logo stamps on the bottom and they seem more sturdy. I am wondering if these cheaper glasses are knock offs. Well they are cheaper I guess.

These glasses are the cat's meow. You can drink from them, store food in the refer or freezer. Durable functional, sustainable.

I never knew what brand these glasses were, but they've been in my cabinet for years as drinking glasses! I love these! Now that I know what brand they are, I will be getting more! Funny...I never thought of them as working glass jars, with lids no doubt! Cool!
