I bought these for a photoshoot and they looked great. The one draw back is that the lids are not rings and lids like American canning lids, however, you can use american lids with them. Strong storage jars and well packed for shipping.

These things are small without being too small to carry food. Perfect for taking a quick meal on the go. Specifically, I love using it to carry oatmeal. I make the oatmeal beforehand, stick it in the container, and the container in the fridge, wake up in the morning, stick in some milk and brown sugar, nuke for a minute 30, then take off. perfect. Obviously a lot of other uses, and they fit in any bag you have on hand. Caps in particular are high quality, they look nice, and seal even nicer. Great buy

I'm new to canning , but these jars are great for gifts--not the plain mason jar.
