Let me start out by saying, I tried the recipe on the Bernardin website for the raspberry and blackberry jam with this liquid Gold!!!! Ok,Iv'e been to Culinary School and this is the best Berry Jam I have tasted yet! Bernardin Brand does carry the best pectins out on the Market! You have to try to believe it!!
