I ordered 24 of these jars for Christmas gifts etc and 2 came smashed to bits, I called Goodman's and they could not have been nicer, without a question they told me they were replacing the broken ones free of charge and they would be here within 3 days. The jars are beautiful and will be PERFECT for what need. Goodman's as a company is great, now if only I could trust UPS.....
